I have always incorporated physical activity into my daily life-- whether through competing in tennis, basketball, watersports or finding enjoyable athletic activities such as cycling, hiking, running, yoga or my own workouts at home. I have never had a personal trainer before WorXout, but have done P90X, Insanity, PIYO,etc. on my own time. I received an e-mail concerning an opportunity for a healthy workout program through the Fort Wayne Country Club and responded to the e-mail thinking this might be a good thing to explore. I came in for an assessment at WorXout and was intrigued by the "evaluation" and thought that I could be challenged to push myself beyond my prior approaches to fitness. I signed up for a few sessions and became hooked. The workouts have been tailored to my particular needs and have been incrementally challenging. The "trainers" often push me beyond what I previously thought were my limits in a manner that resonates with me. The family atmosphere, based on Erin's nuturing nature, has struck the right tone and makes me look forward to each scheduled workout. I find the other individuals in the gym to have a very similar mindset, and look forward to seeing them as well. I work out for health reasons (physical and mental) and find that I can handle the stresses of life more effectively by incorporating my WorXout into my day. I have more energy, strength, flexibility and calm. They have become not only my exercise consultants, but my friends and support team. It has become an investment in myself that has exceeded my expected returns.
